People

Quality is experienced by customers. So we first listen carefully to our customers. Their needs, the requested delivery performance, special requirements etc. are thoroughly checked. This in combination with our long experience in the field of our production and the well skilled workforce enables us to supply the right quality of products. In the course of time we stay in contact with our customers to monitor our performance and changing needs. In the end quality is determined not only by good products but even more by good and direct communication.

Process control

During the course of production quality is maintained by production based on:

• own drawings to prevent workers from making interpretation mistakes
• detailed process information per product
• check your predecessor principle
• a final check protocol for every product

The workers will mark all the production steps on the production plan that accompanies all orders during the production. This document together with the final quality control findings and production drawing are documented per production order. In this way production quality is traceable and the learning process of the company is based on detailed information of the past.

Materials

An important part of the product quality is determined by the materials that we use. Knowledge of the materials and the treatment prescriptions are gathered over many years. There is not a single material that is appropriate for all applications, so therefore we work with a wide range of materials. The most important material groups are:

• Carbon steels
• Heat treated stainless steels
• Austenitic stainless steels
• High speed steels
• Tools steels
• Tungsten Carbide

In many cases we utilise special coatings to improve the products. Feel free to ask for our advice.

Suppliers

Due to the fact that we have a fixed cooperation with strong suppliers we are able to manufactuer according to the latest standards. Our grinding technology together with the treatement and selection of material ensures sharp perfection.
